Apply via Dice today!<br><br>Client: Photon<br><br>Position: Director / Senior Product Manager MarTech (Loyalty)<br><br>Location: Springfield, MO (Onsite)<br><br>Duration: Contract<br><br>Job Summary:<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Director/Senior Adobe MarTech Product Manager to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital experience and marketing technology solutions built on Adobe Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, data-driven, and customer-centric digital experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Adobe MarTech solutions aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals.<br><br>Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.<br><br>Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, business, analytics, and engineering teams to gather and refine requirements.<br><br>Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.<br><br>Lead implementation and enhancement of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.<br><br>Translate marketing and business requirements into scalable, data-driven product features and personalized customer experiences.<br><br>Work closely with UX, content, and development teams to deliver omnichannel digital experiences.<br><br>Define and track KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement, campaign performance, and customer journey metrics.<br><br>Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives.<br><br>Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple Adobe platform initiatives.<br><br>Drive stakeholder communication, including executive reporting, product demos, and roadmap updates.<br><br>Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and alignment with enterprise governance standards.<br><br><strong>Required Skills & Experience<br><br></strong>10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on MarTech or digital experience platforms.<br><br>Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, etc.).<br><br>Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystem, customer journey orchestration, and personalization strategies.<br><br>Experience working with CMS platforms, digital asset management (DAM), and content-driven platforms.<br><br>Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and third-party MarTech tools (CRM, CDP, etc.).<br><br>Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with engineering teams.<br><br>Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.<br><br>Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.<br><br>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.<br><br>Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.<br><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong>Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations and integrations.<br><br>Exposure to Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar customer data platforms.<br><br>Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.<br><br>Knowledge of digital analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and SEO.<br><br>Experience in omnichannel marketing, personalization, and customer experience optimization.<br><br>Product management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic, or similar) are a plus.<br><br>Key Competencies<br><br>Strong product thinking with a customer-first mindset<br><br>Strategic thinking and roadmap prioritization<br><br>Ownership and accountability<br><br>Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment<br><br>Problem-solving and decision-making<br><br>Data-driven mindset<br><br>Nice to Have<br><br>Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs<br><br>Exposure to headless CMS and composable MarTech architectures<br><br>Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices<br><br>Experience working with DAM systems and content supply chain workflows
