Find a job you’ll love today!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Purpose:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>To deliver world-class & globally consistent event experience for Everise</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Principle Accountability (Key Result Areas)</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, manage and execute various elements of the event, including day-of-event management</li><li>Collaboration with the cross-functional teams for pre & post events</li><li>Produce & manage hotel specifications, menus, audio/visual specifications, special event experiences, & logistics</li><li>Oversee travel, transportation, and hotel arrangements for attendees/staff for events</li><li>Collaboration with creative services partner & other event partners on the various signage, branding & ensuring the accuracy of all collaterals</li><li>Lead, communicate, and collaborate across external partners & internal staff - inspire confidence & excitement, and be a guardian of the event brand to ensure seamless delivery of the overall experience, event vision, and objectives</li><li>Understand the Company’s objectives and lead the development of the organization’s annual strategy for corporate events and involvement</li><li>Assist in the venue/vendor selection and contract negotiation process and build excellent relationships with the appropriate partners</li><li>Ensure effective financial management, including budget creation, cost negotiation, and accurate management and expense tracking</li></ul><p><strong>Attributes & Attitude</strong></p><ul><li>Highly organized & solution oriented</li><li>High sense of urgency, ability to work at a fast pace, and be decisive</li><li>Excellent intercommunication Skills</li><li>Strong leadership skills, ability to communicate, collaborate & motivate</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge </strong></p><ul><li>Qualification: BS, MS in Management</li><li>Experience: 7-9 years experience in Corporate Events</li><li>Extensive knowledge managing vendors and partnering with internal business cohorts in supporting operative events</li><li>Experience leading a diversity of events, either at internal or at external venues</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p><p>The anticipated base salary range for this remote position is between $170,000- $180,000. In addition, Everise provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonus and other benefit programs.
