When you join our team, you join a dynamic culture in which career development is encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is valued.</p> <p> </p> <p>Under the direction of Commercial Excellence Leadership, the Commercial Operations Executive will be responsible for building a strategic roadmap for Dominion Energy by identifying the core business, identifying opportunities that expand beyond the core business based upon Quanta Services’ capabilities, and executing on the most attractive opportunities. The Commercial Operations Executive will work with the Quanta Services Southeast Regional President, operating company presidents, and other local managers and leaders, seeking to improve business through deeper and more sustainable collaboration with our customers, services, and operations. </p> <p>The Commercial Operations Executive will play a key role in keeping safety and quality at the forefront of everything we do; strengthening connections and collaboration with our operating companies; identifying and sharing our customer needs and challenges as inputs to customize solutions; leading with early engagement in the project and program planning processes; simplifying our customer’s experience by delivering efficient, purpose-driven solutions; contributing to the delivery of strong operational and financial results; and owning the overall Quanta Services experience for our customers.</p> <p>The ideal candidate must be a detailed-oriented self-starter and team player, with strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Build and manage relationship, sales, marketing efforts, customer service and client advocacy.</li> <li>Develop, track, and manage opportunities including lead generation and prospecting, solution discussions, RFP influencing, proposal support, agreement processing, and initial coordination.</li> <li>Initiate, lead and manage the commercial excellence process working closely with Quanta Services Southeast Regional President, Operating Company Presidents, Local Operating Company Managers and Leaders, Proposal Writers, and Estimating teams.</li> <li>Communicate with potential customers/decision makers at Duke Energy across their organization.</li> <li>Develop strong and trusting business relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as business partners, maintaining frequent personal contact with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and customer loyalty.</li> <li>Attend and participate in industry related trade shows, conferences, workshops and other promotional events in an effort to network, learn, promote, and cultivate potential and existing customer relationships.</li> <li>Set the strategy and review content for proposals, project profile summaries, resumes, marketing materials, and other business-related communications.</li> <li>Assist with the design, development and implementation of marketing strategies or campaigns that align with business targets.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of a growth strategy focused both on achieving financial targets and customer satisfaction, create account plans and goals in alignment with business objectives;
