<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">We are seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a key digital product within our organization. This role will serve as the bridge between business partners, technology teams, and end users to ensure product strategy is clearly aligned to business objectives, customer needs, and long-term enterprise priorities.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">The Digital Product Manager will operate within an agile, sprint-based delivery model and will be responsible for translating business goals into actionable product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define product opportunities, evaluate customer and operational pain points, and guide the development of digital solutions that improve efficiency, engagement, and overall user experience.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">A successful candidate will bring a forward-looking product mindset, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. This role requires someone who can identify where AI, automation, data, and modern digital capabilities can create meaningful business value while ensuring solutions remain practical, scalable, and aligned to stakeholder needs.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Job Functions and Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a specific digital product.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Partner with business leaders to ensure product priorities align with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Work closely with IT, design, data, operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements through an agile sprint model.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Translate business needs into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready requirements.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Prioritize product work based on launches</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:</span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">5+ years of experience in digital product management or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline)</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Demonstrated expertise in digital product management, including supporting complex software development projects, defining product requirements, and delivering scalable platforms that meet user and business needs.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (software developers, designers, data analysts, compliance specialists) and stakeholders</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute to consensus in a collaborative environment.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Proficiency in a product development lifecycle and with agile methodologies</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Experience with user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing) and product discovery (e.g., rapid experimentation, hypothesis testing)</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Experience with the mortgage industry (origination and/or servicing) preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Experience leveraging AI in product development or daily workflows (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, chatbots, intelligent document processing) is a plus</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Experience in at least one of the following areas is a plus: consumer-facing digital products (e.g., online platforms, mobile apps), team member experience tools or internal tools, document/data automation (e.g., Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Must pass the Company’s Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">The salary range for this position is expected to be $120,000 – $130,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
