There has never been a better time to join our incredible team and be part of the movement!</p><p></p><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><p>We’re on the lookout for someone extraordinary to come and join us as Demand Planner US As our Demand Planner, you’ll <span>own demand forecasting and performance analysis across the USA business. This role will be responsible for building accurate forecasts, analysing trends versus previous periods, and improving forecast accuracy against actual sales performance.</span></p><p><span>You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail partners to ensure stock availability while supporting sustainable growth. A key part of the role will involve analyzing retailer sales and inventory data to identify opportunities to improve product velocity and optimize stock movement.</span></p><p>This includes:</p><p><span><strong>Demand Forecasting & Planning</strong></span></p><p><span>· Own and maintain rolling demand forecasts across all USA channels and customers</span></p><p><span>· Analyse forecast trends versus prior periods, seasonal performance, promotional activity, and market changes</span></p><p><span>· Track forecast accuracy and bias by SKU, customer, and channel</span></p><p><span>· Compare actual sales versus forecast and identify drivers of variance</span></p><p><span>· Continuously improve forecasting processes, tools, and reporting</span></p><p><span><strong>Commercial & Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></span></p><p><span>· Partner closely with Commercial and Sales teams to align forecasts with customer plans, launches, and promotions</span></p><p><span>· Support monthly S&OP / demand review processes</span></p><p><span>· Provide insight and recommendations to support business decisions and growth planning</span></p><p><span>· Communicate risks and opportunities relating to supply, inventory, and demand changes</span></p><p><span><strong>Retail & Sales Data Analysis</strong></span></p><p><span>· Monitor retailer inventory levels, stock movement, and sell-through performance</span></p><p><span>· Analyze retail sales data to identify velocity trends and opportunities for growth</span></p><p><span>· Use syndicated and customer data to improve replenishment and in-store performance</span></p><p><span>· Identify slow-moving or at-risk inventory and recommend corrective actions</span></p><p><span>· Support new product launches with demand assumptions and performance tracking</span></p><p><span><strong>Reporting & Insights</strong></span></p><p><span>· Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for forecast accuracy, inventory health, and sales performance</span></p><p><span>· Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders</span></p><p><span>· Support budgeting and financial planning processes with robust demand assumptions</span></p><p><span><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Experience</strong></span></p><p><span>· 3–6+ years’ experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Sales & Operations Planning</span></p><p><span>· Experience within CPG / FMCG, beverage, food, or consumer goods preferred</span></p><p><span>· Experience working with retailer sales and inventory data</span></p><p><span>· Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and demand planning processes</span></p><p><span><strong>Skills</strong></span></p><p><span>· Highly analytical with strong Excel and data analysis capabilities</span></p><p><span>· Experience with ERP, forecasting, or planning systems</span></p><p><span>· Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate data into actionable insights</span></p><p><span>· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</span></p><p><span>· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</span></p><p><span>· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability</span></p><p><span>· Experience working with major US retailers</span></p><p><span>· Knowledge of syndicated data platforms (Nielsen, Circana/IRI, SPINS, etc.)</span></p><p><span>· Experience in startup or scale-up consumer brands</span><strong><br></strong></p><div><p><strong>THE PACKAGE</strong><br><br><span>The base salary range for this position is $85,000 – $95,000 + cash incentives.
