Available shifts include (all times in PST):</p><p dir="ltr">5:00 AM – 2:00 PM</p><p dir="ltr">7:00 AM – 4:00 PM</p><p dir="ltr">8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</p><p dir="ltr">11:00 AM – 8:00 PM</p><p dir="ltr">Rest Day/Days Off:</p><p dir="ltr">Vary depending on client need</p><p dir="ltr">Common rest days include: Mon–Sun, Tue–Wed, Thu–Fri</p><p dir="ltr">Sat–Sun off is a possibility depending on the schedule required by the client</p><p dir="ltr">Compensation: $750 / month</p><p dir="ltr">Target Start Date: ASAP</p><p dir="ltr">🧩 Job Description</p><p dir="ltr">Handle inbound calls for U.S.-based home services businesses such as cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, etc.</p><p dir="ltr">Represent the client as if you are part of their office team, answering calls pleasantly with a smile and using the client’s standard greeting</p><p dir="ltr">Take detailed call summary notes during each conversation, including customer contact information, reason for inquiry, and any other relevant information</p><p dir="ltr">Send complete and accurate call summary notes to the client after each call</p><p dir="ltr">Maintain high attention to detail to avoid typos or missing information</p><p dir="ltr">Training will be provided on answering questions and booking appointments using the client’s CRM/scheduling platform</p><p dir="ltr">🛠️ Qualifications & Skills</p><p dir="ltr">Technology Requirements:</p><p dir="ltr">Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps with low latency</p><p dir="ltr">Computer with at least 6 cores, 12 threads, and 8 GB RAM</p><p dir="ltr">Reliable backup power source</p><p dir="ltr">Working Qualifications:</p><p dir="ltr">Previous BPO or call center experience preferred</p><p dir="ltr">Ability to multitask: handle calls, take detailed notes, and send follow-up messages or emails</p><p dir="ltr">Confident in communicating directly with U.S.-based clients to confirm directions or receive feedback</p><p dir="ltr">Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks</p><p dir="ltr">Motivated, hard-working, and eager to add value</p><p dir="ltr">Willingness to learn and adapt to client processes</p><p dir="ltr">Experience working from home is a plus but not required</p><p dir="ltr">Submit your application today and take the first step toward your next great opportunity!</p>
