**Nikola Labs** We're experiencing rapid growth and are seeking driven, outgoing, coachable, accountable, goal-driven, and commission-chasing people to join Nikola Labs': **"Sales Step-Up"** program.

**Goals of the program:**

* Teach the next-gen of salespeople about the manufacturing industry, predictive maintenance, consultative sales, and how to earn $100k/yr within 36 months from the start of the program.

* The **Sales Step Up** program is geared towards those who exhibit successful salespeople behaviors and attitudes. We will give you the applicable opportunities and rewards throughout the program.

If successful in this position then you'll be able to **Step-Up** into an **Inside Sales Representative** role.

As you become more successful at Nikola labs, your career path could include promotion into an **Industrial Sales Representative** role ---> then an **Enterprise Sales Representative** role ----> and who knows, maybe a Sales Leadership role one day in the future.

* The **Sales** **Associate**

Learns about and refines our CRM and Marketing database.

* Manage the processes, quality, and flow of data between our marketing systems into our Salesforce.com and Outreach.com platforms.

* You'll have the opportunity to exercise your great interpersonal and teamwork skills as you will be expected to work across multiple teams within the organization.

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform outbound sales calls

* Cleanse and Monitor data within the CRM.

* Manage the marketing database, including documenting, and making improvements to how data flows between marketing systems.

* Use platforms like ZoomInfo, Seamless Ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google to enhance and improve the CRM database.

* Define best practices and processes on contact and account acquisition.

* Manage all manual and automated processes of adding contact data into our systems.

* Create processes on acquiring and tiering accounts based on our ideal customer profile.

* Support marketing team through list uploads, lead generation, data research and segmentation

* Create and distribute reporting on CRM data health and provide recommendations to help grow the CRM database.

* Work cross-functionally to define rules for data quality.

* Develop automated workflows and processes to improve data quality.

* Researching consumer behavior to explore new market trends and opportunities.

* Reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, the website traffic, and social media engagement.

* ? Lead a methodology for consistent data capture, cleansing, and enrichment across our multiple CRM platforms.

**Requirements**

* 1+ years of Sales experience

* Knowledge of CRM Data Management, Lead Generation, Corporate Campaign Manager, OR Researcher experience is highly preferred.
