The position is heavily <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">presentation‑focused,</span> with approximately 4–5 days per week dedicated to leading training sessions, guiding learners through workflows, and supporting end‑user adoption.<br><br>While the initial emphasis will be on HB/PB training, there is opportunity for cross‑credentialing in additional applications, with the expectation that the trainer will become fully cross‑trained and capable of facilitating all assigned classes. <br><br>During non‑training time, the role includes administrative and coordination responsibilities, such as maintaining class rosters, monitoring attendance, communicating with fellow trainers and end users, and supporting overall training operations.
