We help creators like Huberman Lab, This American Life, Peter Attia, and My Favorite Murder build direct relationships with their audiences and generate recurring revenue through exclusive content and community.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Following our recent acquisition by Red Seat Ventures (a Fox Corp. company), Supercast is entering a new phase of investment and expansion. Building on our success with podcast subscriptions, we’re evaluating a broader toolkit for podcast-first creators, as well as new ways for creators to engage and monetize their audiences.</span></p><p></p><p><u><span><b>ABOUT THE ROLE</b></span></u></p><p><span>We’re looking for a Creator Partnership Specialist who wakes up thinking about their top 100 target list — and goes to sleep plotting creative ways to get through the side door when everyone else is hitting the front door. Tactful, calculated and persistent, you’re a strategist who knows how to play the long game.</span></p><p></p><p><u><span><b>A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBLITIES</b></span></u></p><ul><li><p><span><i>The List. </i>You’ll build and obsessively maintain a living, breathing Top 100 creator target list. And each quarter, you’ll zero in on the Top 5 we’re going to land and the goals we’re going to help them accomplish.</span></p></li><li><p><span><i>The Approach.</i> For each partner, you’ll develop tailored, well-researched outreach that actually gets noticed. Whether that’s a cold DM with punch, a clever mutual connection, a backchannel through their agent, or a surprise gift that hits just right - you’ll find a way.</span></p></li><li><p><span><i>The Progress.</i> You’ll track your pipeline with discipline and clarity - not because we love CRMs (we don’t), but because every step forward is a step closer to the win. You’ll know what’s working, what’s stalling, and what your next move is.</span></p></li><li><p><span><i>The Setup.</i> Your job is to <i>open the door</i>. To get that first meeting on the calendar, warmed up, and primed for a strategic sales conversation with our partnerships lead.
