The role will require relocation to the territory. ** </strong></span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 115%;"> </p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style=""><strong><u>What You’ll Do:</u></strong></span><br><span style="">• Partner with agents and general office leadership to deliver one-on-one case consultations, helping design and implement advanced planning strategies involving estate, charitable, transnational, business, and retirement planning.</span><br><span style="">• Provide responsive, professional support via in-person meetings, Zoom, and phone consultations to agents, Sales Development Managers, Product Consultants, and field management.• Serve as a technical expert on tax, legal, and financial aspects of advanced planning concepts, offering actionable insights that connect directly to product solutions.</span><br><span style="">• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to develop and promote advanced markets initiatives that drive sales of life insurance products.</span><br><span style="">• Create clear, compelling marketing, training, and educational materials for agents, clients, and their professional advisors (e.g., attorneys, CPAs).</span><br><span style="">• Represent the Advanced Planning Group as a trusted resource within the General Offices and ensure high-quality field support across the assigned territory.</span><br><br></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style=""><strong><u>What You’ll Bring:</u></strong></span><br><span style="">• Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred, with a strong foundation in estate and tax law preferred.</span><br><span style="">• Life insurance / industry sales support experience a plus. • Deep expertise in advanced planning topics, including estate, business succession, charitable giving, and retirement income strategies.</span><br><span style="">• Proven ability to present complex legal and financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner that drives sales results.</span><br><span style="">• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and a consultative approach to working with agents and clients.</span><br><span style="">• Demonstrated strength in relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.</span><br><span style="">• Willingness and ability to travel 50% within the West Central Zone.</span><br><br></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: black;"><strong>Pay Transparency</strong></span></p><p><span style="color: black;">Salary Range: 140,000 - 200,000 </span></p><p><span style="color: black;">Overtime eligible: Exempt </span></p><p><span style="color: black;">Discretionary bonus eligible: No </span></p><p><span style="color: black;">Sales bonus eligible: Yes </span></p><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style="color: black;">Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
