You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Groups 14+ million members. Description Corporate and Leisure Travel Consultants Service and sell domestic and international airline tickets, car rental, hotel and travel insurance to Corporate Employees, Leisure Travel Clients and Members, Field and Call Center Agents through an in-bound telephone environment. Determine client needs based on individual consultation and emphasizes preferred vendors as appropriate. Cross sell membership to align with the ACG Connected Member Vision Consummate sales by making necessary travel arrangements and advises Leisure travelers/arrangers of various travel information including cancellation/change penalties, schedules and fares. Receive, investigate, and provide timely resolution to travel problems and issues. Experience as a lead/senior travel agent. Advanced sales techniques Experience using Sabre Red Work Environment This is a hybrid work arrangement. May work in a remote/virtual environment. Depending on the employee’s role and leadership’s assessment, some employees will come into an ACG facility on an “as needed” basis for key meetings and collaborative activities.
