This is an entry-level role designed for an early-career professional who is eager to master the full lifecycle of digital content—from the initial brief to the final post—while gaining hands-on experience in social media and brand partnerships.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Portfolio is not required, but a plus.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Drive the Production Workflow:</strong> Own the process from pre-production to posting, ensuring all content moves through the pipeline and meets deadlines.</li><li><strong>Manage Project Systems:</strong> Maintain task lists and trackers in our project management tool to keep the team organized.</li><li><strong>Briefing & Planning:</strong> Assist in turning creative ideas into actionable briefs and managing the master posting calendars.</li><li><strong>Content Support:</strong> Assist with content shoots, production setup, and basic DIT/asset organization.</li><li><strong>Creative Execution:</strong> Handle light video/image editing for social media (Reels, TikTok, etc.) and schedule final posts across all platforms.</li><li><strong>Community & Partnerships:</strong> Manage a dedicated Reddit account, monitor social engagement (DMs/Comments), and research potential influencer partners.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong>0–2 years of experience</strong> in marketing or content production (internships count).</li><li><strong>Logistical Mindset:</strong> You love checklists and have a high attention to detail.</li><li><strong>Growth Mindset:</strong> An eager "self-starter" ready to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Clear, responsive, and professional communication skills.</li><li><strong>Creative & Tech Savvy: </strong>Deeply familiar with social media trends; high proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva) and content creation is a huge plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Salary Range: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience and skill set</li><li>Comprehensive health insurance support</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>PTO accrual</li><li>Employee discounts on products</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Clear growth path into mid-level roles</li></ul>
