Catering & Concessions is a Growing Concessions / Food Truck Company that does events such as Fairs, Festivals, Sporting events, Concerts, Races, Farmers Markets, Motorcyle Rally's, catered events, & Office lunches. Our Events range from around the FM Area to the Tri-State Area to around the country. There is Traveling required for this position. We are looking for a Hard working realiable individual to join our Management team. This individual will be working side by side other members of the management team.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of concessions and food truck operations, including staffing, inventory, and scheduling to maximize efficiency and sales.
  • Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards while maintaining high-quality culinary offerings.
  • Utilize POS systems such as Toast, Clover, & Square to process transactions accurately, handle cash handling duties, and monitor sales reports.
  • Lead customer service efforts by engaging with guests, upselling menu items, and resolving any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Coordinate food handling, bussing, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with health regulations.
  • Implement sales strategies including upselling techniques to increase revenue while providing excellent service in quick service or fast-food settings.
  • Conduct regular staff training on food safety, POS operation, customer service excellence, and food industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant management within a quick service or fast-food environment.
  • Strong culinary background with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Square, & Clover; experience with cashiering and retail math is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during busy periods.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales, upselling, customer service, and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Previous experience managing concessions or mobile food trucks is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and inventory management; experience in grocery stores or retail math is beneficial.
