Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient implementation of clinical programs. Provide expertise and guidance on clinical best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality of programs. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and input on program design and make necessary adjustments. Monitor and track program outcomes, utilizing data and metrics to continuously improve and refine programs. Develop and deliver presentations and training materials to educate internal teams and external partners on program design and updates. Stay informed on current healthcare policies and regulations, and ensure that programs comply with all requirements.
