<p>We are currently seeking a <strong>Peer Recovery Specialist certified in either Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas, Indiana, Florida or Washington</strong> to support our members in Washington State. This is a <strong>100% remote position</strong>, but it requires working <strong>9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday to Friday. </strong></p> <p><strong></strong>We would love to connect with you if:</p> <ul><li>You are a <strong>Peer Recovery Specialist</strong> or <strong>Peer Support Specialist</strong> who has successfully participated in a recovery program.</li><li>You are caring and compassionate, with a passion for helping individuals facing substance-exposed living make positive changes in their lives.</li> <li>You have strong organizational skills and a talent for problem-solving.</li> </ul> <p>If this sounds like you, Mindoula wants you on our team!</p> <p><strong>Role Overview: </strong>Peer Recovery/Support Specialists serve as role models for individuals facing substance-exposed living and those in various phases of recovery. In this role, you will follow the <strong>Substance Use Disorder Program</strong> guidelines to plan care, assess client needs, and complete screenings. You will also refer clients to appropriate resources and coordinate with the <strong>Substance Use Disorder Program</strong> team, primary care providers, managed care organizations, and community agencies to provide high-quality care.</p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong> The salary for this position ranges from <strong>$43,000 to $46,000 a year / $20.67 to $22.12 per hour</strong>. Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
