Our mission is to drive operational excellence by maturing our proactive monitoring capabilities and integrating intelligent automation, allowing us to optimize performance and resolve incidents before they impact the business<br>Leveraging a robust enterprise stack—including Dynatrace, Azure, Cisco, Commvault, IBM, SQL Server, and ServiceNow—you will ensure our systems are optimized and right-sized. <br>Beyond operational excellence, you are a key strategist; you will own the 3-year Capacity and Enterprise Monitoring Roadmaps, translating long-term vision into tactical execution plans that support our growing enterprise.<p>Required Job Qualifications:<br>* Bachelors Degree and 2 years in Information Technology or relevant experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.</p><p>* Experience in infrastructure performance management</p><p>* Experience in infrastructure capacity management</p><p>* Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Dynatrace (SaaS or Managed), SQL Server <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">administration/tuning,</span> and ServiceNow (ITOM/ITSM).</p><p>* Infrastructure Breadth: Strong understanding of modern infrastructure (Virtualization, Cloud/Azure, Storage, and Networking)<br>* Infrastructure Automation<br>* Operations Management<br>* ITIL v3<br>* IT standards, procedures, policies<br>* Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes<br>* Understanding of business priorities (e.g., vision), trends (e.g., industry knowledge) and markets (e.g., existing/ planned)<br>* Oral & written communications<br>* Problem solving / analytical skills, tools and techniques<br>* Supplier management<br>* Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions<br>* Drive cross functional execution<br>* Adaptability and ability to introduce / manage change<br>* Teamwork and collaboration<br>* Organized and detail oriented<br>* Analytical and problem solving skills<br><br>Preferred Job Qualifications:<br>* Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, MIS, or related degrees).</p><p>* ITIL foundations certified.
