Meet CoCaptain

CoCaptain is a virtual marketplace that enables Coaches and Clients to engage in online (remote) coaching sessions. We help coaches to grow their business by handling the administrative, sales, and marketing functions so they can focus on what matters most- the coaching! For Clients, we provide access to high quality and, yet, affordable coaching!

CoCaptain is a start-up founded in 2020. We are based in the New York Metro area and are positioned for rapid growth by leveraging our awesome product, remote workforce and our talented team of (contract) Coaches!

We want to make coaching affordable and accessible for all! Now, we're looking for exceptional professionals to share in this mission.


Position Overview

As a CoCaptain Business Coach or Life Coach, you will meet with Clients via the CoCaptain platform for the purpose of conducting live (virtual) business or life coaching sessions. As a contractor, you will apply your unique method or pedagogy to ensure each session is effective and productive to achieve your Client's goals. Coaching topics include but are not limited to the following:

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of coaching experience as a Business or Life Coach
  • 5+ years of professional experience and demonstrated success in your respective field/industry
  • An active and accredited coaching certification is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in the English language
  • B.A/B.S Degree or equivalent
  • Ability to coach with CoCaptain for a minimum of 2 hours per week
  • Proficiency with computer software including video conferencing and scheduling applications
  • In addition to a professional working environment, you need to have Internet access with at least 2,500 Kbps upload and 2,500 Kbps download (ideally 8,000 Kbps for both to maintain good quality), a PC or laptop with a webcam and microphone, and updated versions of Google Chrome or Firefox or Safari.
