<p>Your Role & Accountabilities:<br>AI Solution Building<br>•Design and build AI-powered agents, workflows, and automations using modern AI platforms<br>•Engineer structured prompts and instructions to produce accurate, business-ready AI outputs<br>•Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and live data sources<br>•Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate solutions based on user feedback and business outcomes<br>•Embed Generative AI into core workflows across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace<br>•Own delivery from solution design through production handoff, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams as required<br>• Prepare and manage structured data that powers AI solutions, using SQL to extract, filter, and aggregate enterprise data<br>• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines that connect multiple data sources and keep AI solutions running on fresh, reliable data<br>• Use Python basics (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) to clean, transform, and prepare datasets that your AI solutions depend on<br>•Automate business workflows using Power Automate or similar platforms<br>•Enable AI generated insights through aligned datasets and reporting outputs</p><p>Who You Are:<br>•Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or knowledge-based integrations<br>•AI solutions deployed to real business teams or customers<br>•API or live-system AI integrations<br>•Exposure to AI governance or enterprise compliance standards Core Tools & Platforms<br>•Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or light coding such as Python<br>•Automation tools - some experience with Power Automate, Zapier, or similar<br>•Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for data preparation<br>•SQL - you can write queries to extract and prepare data confidently (joins, filters, aggregations)<br> </p><p>Experience You Need:<br>•Hands on experience independently designing and building end to end AI solutions, including workflows, custom agents, or AI powered applications<br>•Hands on experience working with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Gemini, Claude or similar large language model tools<br>•Strong understanding of large language models, prompting, and grounding techniques<br>•Proven ability to deliver AI solutions end-to-end with minimal oversight<br>•Low-code platforms - familiarity with Power Apps or equivalent<br>•Working knowledge of data security, privacy, and responsible AI principle<br> </p><p>Core Tools & Platforms<br>•Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Gemini<br>•Prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, embedding models, vector search, grounding techniques<br>•Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or equivalent AI orchestration and workflow automation platforms<br>•Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or equivalent BI and dashboarding tools<br>•Power Apps, MS Access, or equivalent low-code application platforms<br>•Microsoft Visio, Miro, or equivalent process-mapping and workflow design tools</p><p> </p><p> </p> <br><a href="https://cartus.com/en/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Cartus</a> is leaning into its essence, <b>Where Mobility Meets Agility®</b>.
