<div><p><b>Brand Owner Sales Representative (Commercial Branding and Transportation)</b></p><p></p><p><b>The Impact You’ll Make in this Role</b></p><p><b>As a Brand Owner Sales Representative</b>, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:</p><ul><li>Selling 3M CBT products, specifying 3M solutions to drive growth with large fleet, signage and personal auto customers.</li><li>Building pipeline of new business on graphics programs.</li><li>Building relationships with key account sales teams, training on 3M solutions, new account prospecting, vetting, onboarding, activation, resulting in accelerated sales growth.</li><li>Coordinate new business development efforts with Sales Management, Portfolio Teams (APL’s, CDM’s), Shopper Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, Application Engineers and Supply Chain. </li><li>Develop relationships with key stakeholders both external and internal.  Top down, bottom up, inside out approach.</li><li>Properly manage sales estimates, CIP, MDF, rebates, claims, travel budgets.</li><li>Interpreting industry trends, customer requirements, and business objectives to define guidelines/methods to achieve sales targets.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Company Vehicle</b></p><p>This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Skills and Expertise: </b>To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)</li><li>Five (5) years of sales experience with account management responsibility in a retail, private, public, government or military environment.</li><li>Three (3) years of experience with Brand Owners and developing a sales pipeline on Brand projects</li><li>Current, valid Driver’s License.</li></ul><p></p><p>Additional qualifications that will help you succeed even further in this role include:</p><ul><li>Master of Business Administration (MBA).</li><li>Strong work ethic.
