About the role:

The Warehouse Associate will handle shipping and receiving duties, be responsible for material handling, and product staging. Shelve and organize inventory and keep the warehouse clean and orderly. Inventory checks and inventory reporting.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Safe operation of the forklift vehicle, including performance of a daily pre-operational and Operational Safety Checklist.
  • Material handling as required throughout the production and warehouse areas.
  • Picking and preparing product (raw material, finished goods).
  • Unloading incoming and loading outgoing shipments.
  • Checking weights of incoming raw materials.
  • Must maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Repair damaged cartons and bags.
  • Utility functions as required.
  • Must comply with all OSHA standards. Particularly ones that relate to forklift operation.
  • Must promote a safe working environment and good GMPs.
  • Committed to providing a safe food product.
  • Works within all regulatory requirements.
About you:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified forklift operator.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Must be able to apply the supervisor's directions
  • Must be a results-oriented individual who thrives on situations involving pressure
