IPS provides a deep portfolio of digital platform gaming services and production infrastructure to EA's game studios.<br /> As an Associate Quality Designer supporting the Online Test Group, you will guide quality practices by working with Development, Tech and Production partners. You will collaborate with global teams to guarantee a thoughtful and team-driven approach to delivering a high-quality player first experience.<br /> You will report to the Development Director.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities:<br /> • You will analyze gameplay, systems, and data to assess quality, balance, and overall fun.<br /> • You will test gameplay features and content using both structured test cases and exploratory play.<br /> • You will apply gray-box testing methodologies to identify issues early in development.<br /> • You will track bugs, risks, and insights using our internal tools.<br /> • You will contribute to test plans, reporting, and tracking for your assigned areas.<br /> • You will work with QA Lead staff, management, and partners to analyze testing approach and propose new testing processes.<br /> • You will define requirements for charter process in continuous improvement efforts.<br /> Qualifications:<br /> • 3+ years of quality assurance experience in software/web development<br /> • Working knowledge of Console, PC, and Mobile (iOS) hardware and software<br /> • Experience with network systems<br /> • Experience with UX Reporting<br /> • Knowledge of the game Industry and software development processes<br /> This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.<br /> About Electronic Arts<br /> We're proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
