We're looking for motivated individuals like you to join our team in California as Therapists in Training.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Conducting individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, including recording patient impressions contemporaneous with, or within a reasonable time of, such sessions;</p><p>Scheduling client sessions and managing his/her own calendar of appointments, including rescheduling and cancellation appointments as appropriate</p><p>Accurately collecting patient insurance and personal information prior to beginning treatment, and obtaining signed written informed consents and similar disclosures</p><p>Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and cancellation fees (if applicable) at the time of the session, in a form of payment approved by the Company, or facilitating the Company's collection of client payments</p><p>Entering and maintaining accurate records in Company's electronic billing system, or any other system utilized by Company from time to time</p><p>Sending and responding to correspondence to/from patients in accordance with Company's policies</p><p>Attending staff meetings and other Company-mandated office gatherings</p><p>Attending CAMFT, continuing education, and other similar programs as required by Company</p><p>Following all of Company's policies and procedures, as they may be amended from time to time</p><p>Performing all other related Services as directed by the Company</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED);Maintain (AMFT) Licensing according to the State of California</p><p>Knowledge of appropriate level of care</p><p>Providing excellent patient care and follow up</p><p>Remain confidentiality with sensitive information</p><p>Excellent oral/written communication skills</p><p>Excellent customer relationship skills</p><p>Excellent organizational skills</p><p>Ability to prioritize task and exercise sound judgment</p><p>Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors</p><p>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence</p><p>Strong computer and internet skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook</p><p>Excellent customer relationship skills</p><p>Excellent attention to detail and efficiency</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>Gain valuable supervised hours towards becoming a licensed therapist.</p><p>Receive guidance and support from experienced mentors.</p><p>Competitive compensation with flexible scheduling options.</p><p>Access to ongoing training and growth opportunities.</p><p>Make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and your community.</p><p>Flexible schedule</p><p>Professional development assistance</p><p>Hybrid and in-person positions available</p><p><br></p><p><em>Revive Wellness Counseling Center is an equal-opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds.</em></p><p><em>This position is for individuals pursuing their Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) license.
