They are directly responsible for both client and employee retention and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong><u>Role and Responsibilities:</u> </strong> </p><ol style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Goal Setting: </strong>AsD’s are directly responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Best Practices: </strong>AsD’s are directly responsible for ensuring that every one of their client’s follows best practices across all channels and mediums.
