The Manager, Application Development will be a part of the transformational journey to deliver a best-in-class transactional automotive retail and marketing systems to support AutoNation’s business lines, across all channels. This role requires deep technical knowledge and the ability to partner with both business and technical teams to deliver strategic goals.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>The Manager, Application Development will manage one or more delivery teams and is responsible for the planning, design and delivery of business-critical projects. This includes defining the team structure, staffing the teams, and developing resources.  <br>In addition to design and delivery responsibilities, the Manager, Application Development must develop strong relationships with business stakeholders. This requires partnering with business teams to develop requirements that enhance business capabilities and enable AutoNation’s strategic initiatives.
