Position Summary<br><br>Contractor<br><br>Remote<br><br>Work you'll do<br><br>The Agile Delivery Contractor will support the Deloitte project team in the delivery of agile initiatives. This role focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking sprint and project progress, identifying and addressing risks and issues, and keeping stakeholders informed on status and next steps. The role requires comfort working in a fast-paced environment, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction while following established processes and procedures.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support delivery of agile projects in alignment with project goals, timelines, and business priorities</li><li>Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives</li><li>Track sprint progress, delivery milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams</li><li>Communicate project status, updates, blockers, and action items to stakeholders in a timely manner</li><li>Promote adherence to Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles and team best practices</li><li>Coordinate team activities to support work completion within timeboxed sprints</li><li>Maintain visibility into backlog progress, sprint commitments, and delivery outcomes</li><li>Support collaboration across business, product, and IT teams in a multi-team environment</li><li>Apply independent judgment to determine appropriate actions within established guidelines and procedures</li><li>Contribute to a team environment focused on continuous improvement of consumer experiences<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Up to 5 years of experience with the SDLC</li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, facilitation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>High emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders</li><li>Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or strong familiarity with Agile methodologies</li><li>Experience supporting work across multiple teams</li><li>Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations while following established guidelines and procedures</li><li>Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies</li><li>Working knowledge of agile project management tools</li><li>Experience working with IT teams</li><li>Experience planning and coordinating project activities</li><li>Strong technical documentation skills</li><li>Prior insurance operations experience</li><li>Prior experience in the health solutions industry</li><li>Scrum certification preferred<br><br></li></ul><strong>The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $53 - $58 per hour will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.<br><br></strong><strong>Candidates interested in applying for this opportunity must be geographically based in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship</strong>.<br><br><strong>We do not accept agency resumes and are not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.<br><br></strong><strong>Deloitte is not the employer for this role. <br><br></strong><strong>This work is contracted through a third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.<br><br></strong>#Remote<br><br>Expected Work Schedule<br><br>Approximate hours per week<br><br><strong>About Deloitte<br><br></strong>Our inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
