You’ll lead discovery, shape requirements and solution design, and help evolve AI capabilities from basic data‑retrieval chatbots to advanced reasoning and decision‑support systems with real business impact.</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Remote anywhere in US</p> <p><strong>Your role</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Mid to senior role combining business analysis and solution architecture.</li> <li>Focused on building an agentic AI chatbot solution on Microsoft Azure.</li> <li>Primary purpose is to enable conversational access to R&D and formulation data stored in existing relational databases.</li> <li>Deep engagement with food & beverage consumer packaged goods (CPG) R&D, formulation, and product development teams.</li> <li>Role emphasizes requirements discovery, scope expansion, and identifying new AI-enabled opportunities beyond initial use cases.</li> <li>Acts as a bridge between scientific users, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your skills and experience</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead client discovery through interviews, workshops, and ongoing stakeholder engagement with around 10 years of experience.</li> <li>Partner with R&D, formulation, and innovation teams to understand workflows, data challenges, and decision needs.</li> <li>Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li> <li>Translate business and scientific needs into solution designs, architectural inputs, and delivery ready requirements.</li> <li>Lead UX/UI design, workflow modeling, and prototyping.</li> <li>Design Azure based agentic AI solutions, including conversational/chatbot interfaces and relational data retrieval.</li> <li>Collaborate with engineering on AI orchestration, data integration, security, scalability, and performance.</li> <li>Identify new AI use cases and opportunities to expand solution scope and value.</li> <li>Support roadmap evolution from basic data retrieval chatbots to advanced reasoning and decision support systems.</li> <li>Preferred skills include consulting or discovery phase experience, exposure to agentic/multi agent AI, conversational AI/NLP, regulated or scientific IT environments, and AI governance/responsible AI practices.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p></div></div></div><p>The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,900</p> <p> - $203,800/year</p> <p>Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
