<p>This is a remote position.</p> Position Title: Accounts Payable ( junior to Intermediate)<br>Work Set-up: WFH Salary: Php45,000<br>Holiday: US<br>Responsibilities:<br>As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a fast-growing US-based vacation rental business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and helping streamline accounting processes across a remote, global team.<br>This is an exciting opportunity for someone with US accounting exposure who thrives in a detail-oriented role and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.<br>You are someone who takes pride in accuracy and accountability. You understand the importance of keeping financial records clean, organized, and up to date. You’re comfortable working with US-based stakeholders, communicating clearly, and managing your workload independently while contributing to a larger team.<br>Your Responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Accountant would be:<br>• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoices, bills, and expense reports<br>• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and service providers<br>• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies efficiently<br>• Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records<br>• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable<br>• Communicate and coordinate with US-based vendors and internal stakeholders<br>• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and workflows<br>Qualifications:<br><br>• 1+ year of experience supporting a US-based business (non-negotiable)<br>• Experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting (junior to intermediate level)<br>• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)<br>• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles<br>• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets<br>• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).<br>• High level of attention to detail and accuracy<br>• Strong time management and prioritization skills<br>• Clear and professional communication skills, especially with international stakeholders<br>• A proactive, problem-solving mindset<br>• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while staying collaborative<br><br>Your love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
