Primary ResponsibilitiesOverall project lead for entire implementation process for Regional customers.Utilizes the framework of Customer Implementation Plans to set goals and measure progress.Gathers customer business requirements and provides recommendations for building an account within the Office Depot system.Collaborates with customer and field sales representatives to determine implementation plan.Manages tasks, deliverables, timeframes, and communicates initiatives to all participants.Main contact for customer during implementation process.Manages assessment and set-up of our customers that have some complexity and account parameters that need to have detailed analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of account prior to roll out.Identify and understand features and functionality of internal teams to ensure they can effectively communicate our offerings and provide solutions for the customer during assessment meetings.Answer all questions that pertain to timeframe commitments and provide overall project timelines to customers after customer award.Meet with customers that have complexities to their business needs to ensure that all details are captured and entered into the Office Depot system accurately.Enter all customer details into system and audit each parameter to ensure that it is set-up accurately prior to communicating with the Sales Manager and customer.Coordinate all account communications and act as a resource for account structure, inquiries, and problem resolution.Explore and implement cost saving opportunities for customers.Education and Experience :High School Diploma or equivalent education preferredMinimum 1year experience in Account Administration or Customer Set-upDemonstrated experience managing large projectsSalesforce and Smartsheet experienceThe ability to portray a professional and friendly image to customersStrong problem solving, communication, and organizational skillsPrioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environmentDevelop and manage project plans (account implementations)Facilitate meetings via conference callsDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by associates assigned to this classification and are not intended to be a complete list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of associates so classified.Other duties may be assigned.Pay, Benefits & Work ScheduleThe company offers competitive salaries, a benefits package, which includes a 401(k) and more, along with plenty of opportunity to move and grow within our organization!.
